जम्मू कश्मीर के पुलवामा में सीआरपीएफ के काफिले पर बड़ा आतंकी हमला हुआ. जम्मू कश्मीर पुलिस के अनुसार इस हमले में 40 जवान शहीद हो गए हैं. आतंकी संगठन जैश-ए-मोहम्मद ने इस हमले की जिम्मेदारी ली है.हमले के बाद सेना ने इलाके में बड़े पैमाने पर तलाशी अभियान शरू किया है. उधर दिल्ली में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने दिल्ली सरकार बनाम उपराज्यपाल मामले में अधिकारों को लेकर गुरुवार को बड़ा फैसला सुनाया. जस्टिस एके सीकरी और जस्टिस अशोक भूषण की बेंच ने खंडित फैसले में ACB, ऑल इंडिया सर्विसेज़ के अधिकार केंद्र सरकार के पास बताए, लेकिन सर्विसेज़ का मुद्दा बड़ी बेंच के पास भेज दिया गया. वही PM नरेंद्र मोदी ने उत्तराखंड में BJP के पक्ष में प्रचार किया लेकिन मौसम खराब होने की वजह से रैली स्थल पर नहीं पहुंच पाने के कारण मोबाइल से ही सभा को संबोधित किया.
