सुप्रीम कोर्ट के चीफ जस्टिस रंजन गोगोई के खिलाफ यौन प्रताडना के आरोप पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में स्वत: संज्ञान वाली याचिका पर सुनवाई होगी. कोर्ट में हलफनामा दाखिल करने वाला वकील उत्सव बैंस कोर्ट में उपस्थित नहीं होने पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बैंस को बुधवार को कोर्ट में उपस्थित रहने के लिए नोटिस जारी किया है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बैंस को हलफनामे के दो पैरा पर सफाई मांगी है जिसमें उन्होंने दावा किया है कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट के एक जज से कॉरपोरेट हेड ने मिलने की कोशिश की थी ताकि वो अपने हक में फैसला ले सकें. जस्टिस अरूण मिश्रा, जस्टिस रोहिंटन फली नरीमन और जस्टिस दीपक गुप्ता की पीठ सुनवाई कर रही है।. वकील उत्सव बैंस के हलफनामे पर भी सुनवाई होगी. बैंस ने हलफनामा दाखिल कर दावा किया है कि सीजेआई के खिलाफ साजिश रची गई और उन्हें सीजेआई के खिलाफ प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस करने और केस के लिए 1.5 करोड रुपये देने की पेशकश की गई थी. उधर, लोकसभा चुनाव 2019 के तहत पीएम मोदी, अमित शाह और राहुल गांधी आज करेंगे अलग-अलग जगह रैली. वहीं, मणिपुर के 12 पोलिंग स्टेशन पर दोबारा से मतदान कराया जाएगा.
