महाराष्ट्र में जारी सियासी घटनाक्रम (Maharashtra Political Developments) के बीच देवेंद्र फडणवीस (Devendra Fadnavis) सरकार के गठन को चुनौती देने वाली कांग्रेस, NCP और शिवसेना की याचिका सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सोमवार को फिर सुनवाई की. केंद्र सरकार की ओर से पेश हुए सॉलिसिटर जनरल तुषार मेहता ने कोर्ट के सामने एनसीपी के सभी विधायकों के समर्थन वाला खत पेश किया. 54 विधायकों के समर्थन पत्र में कहा गया कि हम महाराष्ट्र में ज्यादा समय तक राष्ट्रपति शासन नहीं चाहते. हम राज्य में स्थायी सरकार चाहते हैं. इसलिए हम फडणवीस को सरकार बनाने के लिए समर्थन देते हैं. इसके साथ ही तुषार मेहता ने राज्यपाल के न्योते की चिट्ठी भी कोर्ट में पेश की. इसके बाद सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सभी पक्षों की दलील सुनने के बाद कहा है कि अब कल सुबह 10:30 बजे फैसला सुनाया जाएगा.
