प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी(PM Modi) गुरुवार को हिमाचल प्रदेश का दौरा करेंगे. वह बीजेपी की जयराम ठाकुर सरकार के एक साल पूरे होने पर आयोजित रैली में जनता के सामने उपलब्धियां रखेंगे. प्रधानमंत्री की यह रैली कांगड़ा जिले के धर्मशाला शहर में आयोजित है. इस दौरान पीएम मोदी सरकारी योजनाओं के लाभार्थियों से भी चर्चा करेंगे. गौरतलब है कि राज्य के विधानसभा चुनाव जीतने पर 27 दिसंबर को ही मुख्यमंत्री जयराम ठाकुर और उनके 11 मंत्रियों ने शपथ ग्रहण की थी. राज्य सरकार के एक साल पूरा होने के उपलक्ष्य में बीजेपी रैली कर जनता तक उपलब्धियों का बखान करना चाहती है. उधऱ, तीन तलाक का बिल (Triple talaq Bill ) लोकसभा में 27 दिसंबर को आएगा और इसलिए बीजेपी ने अपने सांसदों को व्हिप जारी कर संसद में मौजूद रहने को कहा है. 3 लाइन के व्हिप में कड़ा संदेश देते हुए कहा गया कि मौजूद नहीं रहने पर गंभीर नतीजे भुगतने होंगे. ये बिल पहले भी आया था, लेकिन राज्यसभा में पास न होने से सरकार ने इसे अध्यादेश के ज़रिए लागू किया. इसी अध्यादेश की जगह सरकार संशोधित विधेयक लोकसभा में ला रही है. हालांकि कांग्रेस तीन साल की सज़ा के प्रावधान के ख़िलाफ़ है. माना जा रहा कि इस बिल पर सदन में घमासान मच सकता है.
