मध्यप्रदेश की सभी 230 विधानसभा सीटों के नतीजे आ चुके हैं. बुधवार सुबह चुनाव आयोग ने फाइनल आकड़ें जारी किए हैं. यहां कांग्रेस ने 114 सीटों पर जीत हासिल की है, वहीं भाजपा 109 सीटों पर रह गई. हालांकि, कांग्रेस बहुमत के जादूई आंकड़े 116 से दो सीट दूर रह गई. वहीं दो सीटें बहुजन समाज पार्टी, एक समाजवादी पार्टी और चार निर्दलीय उम्मीदवारों के हिस्से में गई हैं.
कांग्रेस ने मंगलवार देर रात ही राज्यपाल को पत्र लिखकर सरकार बनाने का दावा पेश किया था, हालांकि, राज्यपाल की ओर से कांग्रेस को जवाब मिला था कि अभी मतगणना जारी है, अभी पूरे नतीजे आ जाने दीजिए. मध्य प्रदेश में कांग्रेस और भाजपा दोनों पार्टियों में कड़ी टक्कर देखने को मिली. मध्य प्रदेश में भाजपा पिछले 15 साल से राज कर रही थी. इसके अलावा राजस्थान और छत्तीसगढ़ में कांग्रेस को बहुमत मिला है. वहीं तेलंगाना और मिजोरम में उसे हार का सामना करना पड़ा. तेलंगाना में टीआरएस तो मिजोरम में एमएनएफ को बहुमत मिला है.
