'एक देश एक चुनाव' (One Nation One Election) के मुद्दे पर आज यानि बुधवार को सर्वदलीय बैठक होने जा रही है. प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी (Narendra Modi) द्वारा बुलाई गई इस बैठक में तमाम राजनैतिक दलों के अध्यक्ष सम्मिलित होंगे. वहीं तृणमूल कांग्रेस प्रमुख ममता बनर्जी इस बैठक में शामिल नहीं होंगी. उन्होंने संसदीय कार्यमंत्री प्रह्लाद जोशी को इस बैठक में शामिल होने की असमर्थता जताते हुए पत्र लिखकर पहले ही सूचित कर दिया है. बैठक तीन बजे से शुरू होगी. इसके अलावा लोकसभा में चुने जाने के बाद अमित शाह और स्मृति ईरानी की खाली हुई राज्यसभा सीटों पर अलग-अलग उपचुनाव कराने के चुनाव आयोग के फैसले के खिलाफ दायर की गई याचिका पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई होगी. ये याचिका गुजरात में कांग्रेस नेता परेशभाई धनानी ने लगाई है. वहीं दूसरी ओर आज कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी का जन्मदिन है और वे इस मौके पर दिल्ली स्थित पार्टी के दफ्तर पहुंचकर पार्टी के कार्यकर्ताओं और नेताओं से मुलाकात करेंगे.
