रीत कौर साहनी टीवी और डिजिटल पत्रकारिता का एक भरोसेमंद नाम हैं। 21 साल की आयु में ही रीत टीवी दुनिया की सबसे यंग एंकर बन गई| वह इंग्लिश चैनल में ब्रेकफास्ट शो की एंकर भी हैं। राजनीति, शिक्षा, प्रशासन, युवाओं, नागरिक समस्याओं और जमीनी मुद्दों पर काम करती हैं। पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री से लेकर एक्सपर्ट्स और व्यूअर्स तक, रीत के काम की गहरी प्रशंसा होती है। ज़मीन से जुड़कर ज़मीन की आवाज़ों को बुलंद करना उनकी खूबी मानी जाती है। रीत ने अपनी स्कूली शिक्षा दिल्ली के मशहूर विद्यालय मॉडर्न स्कूल, बाराखंबा रोड से पूरी की, जिसके बाद उन्होंने अपनी पत्रकारिता की डिग्री ओ. पी. जिंदल ग्लोबल यूनिवर्सिटी से हासिल की। रीत अपनी डिग्री के दौरान कॉलेज की प्रेसिडेंट भी रह चुकी हैं। 3 साल तक उन्होंने यूनिवर्सिटी में प्रथम रैंक हासिल की, जिसके लिए उन्हें तत्कालीन सीजेआई डॉ. डी. वाई. चंद्रचूड़ से ऑल राउंडर का अवार्ड मिला। रीत ने न्यूज़ एक्स, इंडियन एक्सप्रेस, द न्यू इंडियन एक्सप्रेस, द वायर, न्यूज़लॉन्ड्री एवं अन्य चैनलों में काम किया है।
