Justice Dinakaran at centre of row
The decision to promote Justice PD Dinakaran, the Chief Justice of Karnataka High Court, to the Supreme Court is being opposed by country's leading jurists, including Fali S Nariman and Ram Jethmalani. Dinakaran is alleged to have released 500 people on bail in one hour.
