The Banke Bihari Temple management in Vrindavan has appealed to visitors to dress modestly when visiting the sacred site. Banners have been placed by the temple administration, urging visitors to respect the sanctity of Vrindavan and the dignity of Lord Banke Bihari by wearing appropriate clothing. The temple management has asked that visitors avoid wearing shorts, half-pants, mini skirts, nightwear, and torn jeans at the temple.
