Haryana CM backs khap panchayats
With khap or community panchayats in Haryana being debated across the country, Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda has supported their role.Defending them, he said khaps were not responsible for honour killings. Hooda also added that marriage within the same gotra was not part of the tradition in Haryana.
