Vedanta to not hike open offer price for Cairn India
After ONGC said that it will not make a counter offer for a majority stake in Cairn India, London-listed Vedanta Resources has a slight edge on the deal to acquire Cairn India subject to SEBI approval. But sources say the company will not revise its price for the open offer for minority shareholders.
