गली-मोहल्ले, सोसाइटीज में घूमने वाले आवारा कुत्ते शेल्टर होम में नहीं रहेंगे. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने शुक्रवार को अपने पुराने फैसले में बदलाव करते हुए कई महत्‍वपूर्ण बातें जोड़ी हैं. तीन जजों की बेंच ने अपने फैसले में स्‍पष्‍ट किया है कि जो कुत्ते पकड़े गए हैं, उनमें से किन्‍हें छोड़ा जाएगा और किन्‍हें नहीं. कोर्ट ने कहा कि आवारा कुत्तों को वापस उन्‍हीं के इलाकों में छोड़ा जाएगा. हालांकि छोड़ने से पहले कुत्तों की नसबंदी की जाएगी. इसके साथ ही सार्वजनिक जगहों पर कुत्तों को खिलाने से मनाही रहेगी. न मानने वालों पर कानून के मुताबिक कार्रवाई होगी. जस्टिस विक्रम नाथ, जस्टिस संदीप मेहता और जस्टिस एनवी अंजारिया की बेंच ने आवारा कुत्तों को पकड़े जाने पर रोक नहीं लगाई है. #SupremeCourt #StrayDogs #BreakingNews #DogLovers #NewRules #HindiNews #AnimalWelfare #StreetDogs #DogFeeding #सुप्रीमकोर्ट #आवाराकुत्ते #MCD #DogLawIndia #latestnewsinhindi #ndtvindia The Supreme Court on Friday stayed an earlier order to permanently relocate stray dogs from the streets to dog shelters in Delhi-National Capital Region (NCR) amid widespread protests. A three-judge special bench comprising Justices Vikram Nath, Sandeep Mehta and N V Anjaria stayed the directive of a two-judge bench that had ordered authorities in Delhi-NCR to start picking up stray dogs from all localities "at the earliest" and relocate the canines to dog shelters.
