'We are very happy,' he said, emphasizing that this victory was a long time coming, especially against a Test-playing nation. Paudel praised Sundeep Jora and Aasif Sheikh's impressive performances, noting that Jora's aggressive batting style complemented Sheikh's gameplay well. He also commended the team's bowlers for their strong start in the powerplay and highlighted Nepal's pride in their fielding, a skill they've honed over the last decade. Paudel attributed the win to the team's collective effort, stating, 'The credit goes to the boys.'

West Indies captain Akeal Hosein reflected on the team's performance against Nepal, acknowledging the hosts' unity and experience as significant factors in their success. He emphasized that despite the West Indies' reputation, the real challenge begins once the game starts, and it's not about past statistics or team names but about adapting to conditions and performing on the field. Hosein praised Nepal's bowlers for exploiting the pitch conditions effectively and noted that the West Indies' slow start in the powerplay put them at a disadvantage. He stressed the importance of being prepared for the challenges of international cricket, urging his team to reflect on their abilities and work ethic, questioning whether they're truly international material and if they're putting in the work to succeed at this level.

Aasif Sheikh is the Player of the Match for his excellent knock. He says that he felt like the wicket was around 160-170. Adds that the plan was to go slow and take on later. Earlier, Nepal posted 173/6 in their 20-over quota, thanks to a brilliant batting display in the second half of their innings. After a shaky start where they lost Kushal Bhurtel, Rohit Paudel, and Kushal Malla cheaply, standing at 43/3, Aasif Sheikh and Sundeep Jora steadied the ship. Sheikh scored an unbeaten 68 off 47 balls, while Jora smashed 63 off 39 deliveries. Mohammad Aadil Alam added 11 off 5 balls, helping Nepal reach a competitive total. For the West Indies, Akeal Hosein took 2/21, Kyle Mayers claimed 2/26, and Jediah Blades got 1/27.

Nepal's fielding was phenomenal, making 173 look like a much more challenging total. Their bowlers were unplayable, with Aadil Ansari claiming 4 wickets and Kushal Bhurtel taking 3. Lalit Rajbanshi, Dipendra Singh Airee, and Karan KC each took a wicket, showcasing Nepal's impressive team effort. The ground fielding was also outstanding, with some brilliant takes that further restricted the West Indies' scoring opportunities.

The West Indies' innings was a struggle from the start, and they ultimately fell short by 90 runs. The batting display from players like Kyle Mayers and Jewel Andrew was disappointing, as they played below their usual standard. The team managed just 41 runs in the first 10 overs while losing 4 wickets, effectively ending the contest. Jason Holder tried to spark a comeback, top-scoring with 21 runs, but even he couldn't do much. A poor batting display once again from WI played a key part in their downfall.

Nepal has made a statement on the international stage with this series win against the West Indies! By winning the second game, they've taken an unbeatable 2-0 lead in the three-match series, cementing their historic triumph. It was a no-contest in this game as Nepal have won this by 90 runs.
